Visa & invitation letters
In 2025, between five and six hundred people registered and only two hundred and fifty to three hundred came. Visa refusals were the main reason. If you need a visa, start early.
What we can do
The organisers can issue a letter of invitation confirming that you are registered for the convention and stating its dates and location. When registration opens you will be able to request one as part of the form.
What we cannot do
We cannot sponsor a visa, influence a decision, or speed up an appointment. An invitation letter supports an application; it does not guarantee one.
